TYPICAL FARM TENUTA LOCHIRI

To know an area is not enough to visit the historic centers, archaeological areas, the variety of historical and artistic heritage is equally important, closer to the customs and local traditions not forgetting to pay particular attention to material culture, the landscape, the products of land and food.

The traditional cuisine is the mirror that reflects the history and culture of a particular location, the table is the place where settles memory. Thanks to the survival of a recipe, it keeps alive the memory of gestures, eating habits, of flavor combinations and family customs that allow you to trace the outline of a territory and, at the same time, to weave a line of continuity between past and present, making it possible to transmit the "home cooking" to future generations.
